Why start training Jiu-Jitsu?

People train Gracie Jiu-Jitsu for different reasons; to be more social, lose weight, involve themselves with a positive form of stress relief, or to make themselves a more efficient problem solver. People from all walks of life train to become a more humble person, to boost their confidence, defend themselves, and raise their self-esteem.  There is one thing in common between peers who do train though;  They share the common goal of improving themselves to be the best they can be.
